What is Breathwork?
Breathing – the most beautiful and natural instrument that we carry within us to go through life more carefree and with ease. In everyday life we often breathe incorrectly – superficially, irregularly and usually unconsciously.
Breathwork is a mixture of slow and controlled breathing to relax and reduce stress as well as short, intense breathing bursts to feel surges of energy, for example.

What is a Breathwork Session?
Working with your own breath, i.e. breathwork, is one of the most powerful methods for creating balance and harmony in all body systems. It helps to restore balance between body, mind, emotions and spirit. We use special breathing techniques to help the mind let go.
Breathwork is a combination of observing and consciously directing your own breath to promote inner healing, growth and transformation. For me it is a tool with which we can build a deeper connection with ourselves and experience a more fulfilling life! The power of our breath works on all levels: in the body, in the heart and in the mind.
