What is a Breathwork Session?

Working with your own breath, i.e. breathwork, is one of the most powerful methods for creating balance and harmony in all body systems. It helps to restore balance between body, mind, emotions and spirit. Through special breathing techniques, we help the mind to let go.

Breathwork is a combination of observing and consciously directing your own breath to promote inner healing, growth and transformation. For me it is a tool with which we can build a deeper connection with ourselves and experience a more fulfilling life! The power of our breath works on all levels: in the body, in the heart and in the mind.
